Shipping : all orders are shipped within 24h.
Return:
If you ordered the wrong product you can return it within 30-day of purchase for exchange or refund. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fees and return shipping cost will not be refunded.
If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item or if the item is defective we'll cover the return shipping cost and we'll send a full refund immediately.

Damaged shipments:
If your package seems to be damaged please check the contents in presence of the driver and report any discrepancy.
Take pictures before opening the package and contact us immediately at sales.carrs@gmail.com to report the issue.
Warranty:
- NEW products comes with a 1-year warranty against defects unless specified differently in the description of the product. Labor cost implied is not covered.
- USED products comes with a 30-day Warranty against defects. Labor cost implied is not covered.
